Project Introduction
Fast frozen tunnel for rice dumplings, required temperature - 35℃, the design requirement is 1.2 T/h, and the final center temperature of rice dumplings required to be - 16℃ ~ -18 ℃. The project adopts two sets of Hanbell LT-S-L series wide temperature zone two-stage low-temperature refrigeration compressors and one set of evaporative condenser low-temperature quick freezing unit.
